Pool Facilities: Open Friday, May 24th and Ending Monday, September 2nd All open 7 days/week 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM with below exceptions: Tuesdays - Alpine and South Baden Clubhouses Closed. Wednesday - Alpine and North Clubhouses Closed. Addresses for each pool: "South Clubhouse" 1319 South Baden Drive "North Clubhouse" 705 Village Loop Road "Alpine Clubhouse" 1151 Upper Alpine Way Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If needed, there is a trash drop-off convenience center at Ski Mountain Road & Heiden Rd. Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers. Don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family. Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays. We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Complementary coffee, creamer and sugars are also provided however you many chose to bring extras.. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, zip lock bags, and charcoal are NOT provided.

April 2024We had a great stay at Greg and Kerri’s place. The house was as shown/described in the listing and was perfect for our family. Everyone loved the game room and hot tub, and the EV charger was very convenient. Additionally, the location was great, being just a couple miles from town. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

March 2024Lovely place to stay in Gatlinburg! Super clean and cozy. Our family loved curling up on the couch by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing air hockey. The drive up to the cabin has beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of thoughtful touches like labels on all of the switches. Close to town with lots to do and explore and near great hiking in the National Park. This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg and we hope to be back! Thanks for hosting us.

March 2024This property was beautiful and better than the pictures! It was great for our group of 7, plenty to do for a R&R kind of extended weekend. Kids loved the game room and bunk bed set up! I would highly recommend this place and would love to book again in the future!
